American Excavating has been moving earth across New England since 1990 — hundreds of major projects, with crews and machines spread across dozens of active job sites at any time. Like most construction companies, the information that actually ran the business lived on paper, in text threads, and in phone calls.

We built them an operational system that runs from the field up. Crews use an iOS app on the job site to submit daily reports, maintenance requests, quantities, and voice notes. AI extracts bid data from 50+ page PDFs. Automated notifications keep the garage, managers, and stakeholders aligned — and leadership gets a real-time pulse on every job, crew, and machine in the fleet.
